Lindsay’s Story:<\/p>\n

I am a Graphic designer by trade, and for me it all started 9 years ago, when I was finishing graphic design school. I was getting married and I had this crazy idea that I would design all of my wedding stationery. The invitations, save the dates and programs. I had no idea what I was doing, but at the time I thought it looked amazing. After my wedding, my friends started asking me to design their invitations. Of course I said yes, because I\u2019m a say YES to everything kind of girl! That was the start of Kooser Design my first wedding business where I focused on wedding stationery.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I was really getting to know these ladies and enjoy my time working with brides. This began my interest in the wedding industry. I applied for an non paying internship in Kansas City, at a wedding planning shop and worked there for just a few months. That’s when I added Day of Coordination services to Kooser Design.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The next step of my career, which I did not see coming, was signing up to work for a company called Rodan and Fields.\u00a0As a consultant with this company you can sell their skincare products and you can build a team by recruiting.\u00a0I loved the fact that this was a completely online social commerce skincare company from the doctors who created proactive, and the #1 skincare brand in the country. I had acne, so I really wanted the products, I really wanted the discount and I really needed the extra money!!\u00a0But what I\u2019ve found in my three years with the company was that since they have a consumable product that works, this generates customer loyalty and residual income. To be completely honest,\u00a0this business was the piece that I was missing in my journey. I have gained so much personal development, I have became a leader, a public speaker, I have met some of the most amazing business women, who inspired me to work my butt off and run for my wildest dreams.<\/p>\n

And that\u2019s exactly what I\u2019m doing. Sometimes running your own business can be lonely, most of the time no one else is doing what you\u2019re doing, and it\u2019s hard to find those people to talk to.<\/p>\n

Rodan and Fields help me with that, but\u00a0<\/span>it also inspired me to launch my new business Veil Events. I just launch on my anniversary, which was not planned!!<\/p>\n
