My husband would agree with me when I say, I’m not really an athlete, but I do workout 6 days a week. There are a lot of things in life you can’t control, but you have 100% control on how you take care of yourself.
I’ve always wanted to look my best and in my younger days that was the only reason I worked out. Now as an adult, I LOVE feeling my best. When you feel your best is when you look your best too.
My two best friends Elise and Erin each had two babies in three years. (see their stories below) All of sudden they were working out every day and obsessed with losing the baby weight. I of course wanted to work out every day too, because they were. I didn’t have weight to lose, but muscle to gain. They introduced me to Tracy Anderson. “This is the difference of 4.5 months and 90 Tracy Anderson work outs. After I had my son via c-section (kiddo number two) in October of 2016, I just had no clue where to start in my fitness routine. I got GREAT results from Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis after my daughter, so I thought that’s what I needed to do again.
